The first of a trilogy of Tintin movies will start shooting in September
Andy Serkis, the voice of Gollum in The Lord of the Rings films, will play Captain Haddock.
Eighteen-year-old Thomas Sangster has been cast as Tintin. Thomas is probably still best known for playing Liam Neeson‘s son in Love Actually.
Stop-motion filming on the first of three Tintin movies will take place in Los Angeles but nobody knows if Peter Jackson wants to stamp a darker tone on the movies.
